Estrenándose en el Festival de Cine de St Kilda en junio, “Discoteca Dentro de Mi Cabeza” es también el video musical más ambicioso de Telenova hasta el momento. Escrito y dirigido por Angeline Armstrong y co-dirigido por Hamish MacGregor, el videoclip presenta una serie de secuencias de baile refrescantemente peculiares de la galardonada coreógrafa Zoee Marsh. “Básicamente es un mini-musical de 6 minutos”, dice Angeline, “comenzando con una secuencia de audición fuera de ritmo donde literalmente estoy siendo juzgada por mí misma (el crítico interno hecho demasiado real), los bailarines competidores en el video representan las voces de comparación y auto-duda en mi cabeza… pero yo y las voces finalmente aprendemos a bailar felices para siempre”.

Dan Heptinstall explica: “El Forge & Flagon ha sido una gran parte de la historia de Skinny Lister desde nuestros inicios y siempre ha sido una especie de hogar espiritual para la banda. Nombramos nuestro primer álbum en su honor y hemos disfrutado de tantas noches geniales y a menudo desordenadas en The Forge a lo largo de los años. Recientemente filmamos el video de nuestro sencillo ‘Company Of The Bar’ allí, que captura perfectamente la atmósfera del lugar.
Para nuestro último lanzamiento, el EP en vivo de seis pistas ‘Pub Shed Bootleg’, nuevamente sentimos la atracción duradera de The Forge. Esta vez llevamos un rudimentario equipo de grabación para capturarnos interpretando una selección de canciones de nuestro álbum reciente ‘Shanty Punk’.
